Our Mission
The Empire State Huskies is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the development of softball players ultimately preparing them to play in college, while building player confidence, and promoting discipline, teamwork and good sportsmanship.
Our Organization
The Empire State Huskies Fastpitch Softball Organization is based in Westchester County, New York and serves the tri-state and Hudson Valley region including Putnam, Dutchess, The Bronx, Rockland, and Orange County in NY; Bergen County in New Jersey and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Our directors have over 80 years combined experience coaching fast-pitch softball at the highest competitive levels and have helped numerous players develop the skills needed to play in college.

Our Promise
Our coaches will help players reach their highest potential by providing knowledgeable instruction to develop individual player skills and understanding of the game. We promise to give players the best opportunities to compete at the highest level and to provide assistance and guidance throughout the college recruiting process.
Our Expectations and Commitment
The Empire State Huskies Fastpitch Softball Program is a year long program that requires an eleven to twelve month commitment from players and their families. Players are expected to attend all practices, games, and team events; maintain a positive, focused, and enthusiastic attitude while consistently and unconditionally contributing to the overall success of their team; and conduct themselves in a respectful and controlled manner at all times while upholding the highest standards of good sportsmanship and team spirit. Players and parents alike are asked to adhere to the organization's code of conduct in order to ensure the best overall experience for all our players, coaches, and fans.
